The spring vent is a popular product due to its environmental friendliness, efficiency and ability to make new tires look better, with no rubber spews. The spring vent is, by its very nature, an environmentally friendly solution because it prevents the creation of waste – the rubber spews.
- Outer diameter of the valve 1.6 – 4.0mm.
- The valve is supplied either in 2 parts (housing and inner part with spring attached) or assembled into one part.
- The valve is compatible with all available mold cleaning methods (laser cleaning, dry ice, sandblasting).
- If the valve gets clogged, only the inner part is changed, which represents financial savings in the long term.
- By replacing the core, it is possible to change the stroke, spring force, or corrosion resistance - using stainless steel materials.
- One-step installation, no special tools needed.
Parameters
Outer diameter
We offer outer diameters in the range of 1.6 to 4.0mm. The most common types are available in stock. We can produce less common diameters within two weeks, depending on the required quantity.
Material
If corrosion resistance of the Spring Vent is required, we replace free-cutting steel with stainless steel. Alternatively, it is possible to combine both types of materials.
Stroke
The Vent position and rubber compound viscosity determine the valve stroke.
Spring Force
We are able to increase or decrease the force required to close or open the valve.
