We have developed a unique product, a spring valve for venting the mold cavity during tire pressing. We own several patents. We continue to develop and adapt the product to the individual needs of each customer. We offer our customers our know-how and help with finding and eliminating the causes of problems.

We have a development center capable of testing the products we develop. For homogenization of the mixture, we have a two-roller calender, with which we prepare the mixture supplied by the customer. Subsequently, smaller blocks of the tread pattern are pressed with our valves. Based on the results, we are able to verify whether the valves have sufficient venting capabilities and that they are not clogged with the rubber mixture.
